Louis loving weekend poem#6

Hi, another to get those loving weekend feelings started...

Love as water.

Water's like a mirror;
No depth within to drown yet it reflects smile,
But you could drown me when you smile at me.

Water's like a silver pool;
Rolling shiny drops dance, never settling on the hot griddle,
Yet you can calm with a finger tip placed on my brow.

Water's like watching a river from the bank;
Flowing, past me standing here it will wend
Emerging then vanishing. From one bend to another
Like our love it has no ends.
