Knucklehead Party Pics

Here are just a few pics from this weekend. I've got tons but want to give everyone else a chance to post some of theirs. It was an absolute blast. Saturday night was nothing less than incredible and inspiring. Big Poppa...Wendy and I cannot thank you and your crew enough for putting this together and letting us hang out in your backyard. It was a very generous and unbelievably kind gesture. Thank you again sir.
So when is the next one?

We had to miss our original flight and got stuck in Dallas for almost 7 hours. Needless to say we were mortified to miss some of the Friday night festivities but JoDizzle, Beth, and AJ greeted us as soon as we got there and made it all better!

Pete had my new BFR Luke waiting in my hotel room when we arrived. You're awesome as always Pete...thanks. By the way everyone...the goat was doing fine.

Wow! I didn't notice that at all! I'm going to dig through my pics and see what I've got to add here.

Here we go.

So, one of the first things I did on the Pub Crawl night was getting the shirt that Stanky and Sam put together for us.

Of course, one has to say hi to BP.

AJ and pd:

The piano player at the Sandbar. We probably drover her away after just a couple of songs.

After hours:

The venue the following evening:

I left out pics of the Morse/LaRue clinic and Knuck jam, because that's been pretty well covered. Plus, many of my pics are rubbish.

Jeep Tour time. Our chariots awaiting:

Passing by the Polo Club. Dates grow on those trees. Apparently, date farming is quite lucrative.

The palms below follow the San Andreas Fault.

Cousin It.

Scarab

They had a mock mining town set up there along the tour route. Here's me getting crazy and riding the bull.

The mock sheriff didn't take kindly to my mocking his town. So, he put me in the mock jail.

Thankfully, my compatriots in the jeep busted me out. You may have seen adelucia with a knee brace. Well, he got that, because he hurt his knee in the process of breaking me out.

So after my jailbreak, we studied some medicinal plants.

We did a little walking.

View from the top.

For the most part, I'm going to skip pics of the All Stars, and I'm going to focus on instruments. Most of you have seen BFRs again and again. So, I'm not going to bother with those pics. Here are some special BFRs, though.

Mahogany Bongo?

The first EBMM bass ever made:

Take your Bean-O, ALOC!

EBMM party favors:

See you all next time.

A HUGE THANK YOU to Big Poppa for the fun and exciting weekend! And thank you Beth, Kevin, and all the others that put so much time into making our stay so special. We were all treated like celebreties, with top of the line accomadations, to Delicious food, to shuttle service, Desert Tours, Factory String Tour, and Goodie Bags filled with special things. Just awesome. Not to mention the opportunity to mingle with the Stars and take pictures. The awesome clinic and All Star Concert. It was a once in a life-time experience and Big Poppa and his family treated us all like Kings..........Thank You So Much!!!!! It was also fun meeting a lot of the Forumites and their wives, now being able to put a face to all the Avatars. What a nice group of people. Also, thank you Stanky for the cool shirts, you guys did a great job on them. Here are some of the Pics I was able to take...

Me and Big Poppa

The Lobby to our Beautiful Hotel Accomodations..Just Beautiful.

Luke and TNT

Luke and Me. Quality not the greatest due to the lighting.

TNT, Eggman, and SticksNStones at the Knucklehead Jam

TNT and SticksNStones at the Yacht Club

TKarter on the Desert Tour

The San Andreas Fault on the Desert Tour

The All Star Concert...a few stitches wouldn't keep him away.
