Pics of the guitars...

on display on Saturday night back on the NAMM racks. Did anyone happen to get a picture of the Black Cherry Burst Axis SS flame top?

I've been obsessing about that guitar ever since.

thanks a bunch,
fred

Sorry, forgot all about this thread. Here you go, guys.

Unfortunately, I don't have a better pic. That's my only one. I got blinded by BFRs.

I think Spectre's turned out really well. Brian, your pic makes me want a digital SLR even more now. My little Canon Powershot SD850IS is fine, but man...seeing all the pics from the digital SLR users...It makes me GAS for a digital SLR. The question then becomes, "Is the incremental benefit (or whatever you call it) worth the incremental cost?" I'll have to determine my own answer for that. I think the answer is "when I can afford it."

thanks for the compliment, Rob. I think each camera style has it's place. DSLR's, you are getting better glass in the lenses, and that transfers directly to the picture. At same time, SLR Lenses can get very pricey. Powershots, and similar, are easier to carry and great for a quick grab. ... end of hijack
