Which set of bass strings has higher tension.Power Slinkys or Flats?

Which set has a higher tension: Ernie Ball med guage Flats, OR Ernie Ball Power Slinkys with a .110 E string?

Seems that despite the larger E string, the slinkys feel a little more flexible.
