I've gone back and forth. I use Ernie Ball Super Slinky .009-.042 on all of my "soloing" strat-style guitars, and .010-.046 on my Blade Tele. I still use the D'Addario strings in the .010 gauge. I prefer the Slinkys to the D'Addario in the .009 gauge because they have a bit of grip.

I really like the DR coated strings. I use the pink ones on my RGT(soon to be replaced with a JPMM) and they look and sound great. I use the DR's for lower tuning though(12's for C standard
and 11's for C# and D standard). I also started to use the super slinky coated strings on my telecaster (9's in E concert).

Ernie Ball Hybrid's( 9-46)...but I swap out the B string for a 12 Guage, which usually is a single D'Addario..

Ernie Ball Rock N Roll pure wrap nickle............9 thru 46 on all my guitars.I wish they offered a 100 string box set like other companies though i have a fleet of guiatrs and change the strings about every 2 to 3 weeks. It gets pricey after a while.
Come to think of it i have used EB strings exclusivley for my entire playing life!! Since at least 80.

I really like the EB strings that came on my Axis SS. I have been using Dadarrio Half Rounds, 9-42 for the last six months or so, upgraded from regular Dadarrio
9's. I used to used EB acoustic strings on my acoustic 15 years ago,....ended up switching brands,.....they didn't have the sealed packages back then, and I didn't know how to take care of strings back then either. Anyway, these EB's seem nice, I am going to see how long they last,.....the Half Rounds are pretty good, but $$$, if these EB's last as long, I will probably switch over, they are almost half the price and sound / feel good.
