John Waite fans? Great singer

Picked up his Figure In A Landscape cd from a year or two ago, really good stuff. Went a found my old No Brakes LP from the mid 80's, lost classic! Great voice. Found a live recording of When I See You Smile from a few years ago, he can still pump it out!

Glad to hear his pipes aren't rusty. He could hit those high notes.

I'm a fan too, Rob. He does a really nice version of Missing You with Alison Krauss. You should check it out.

Tom came to see me at the Oxford Hotel in Denver, a really run down old joint. I'd go to see him at Ebbets Field (we were both booked by Athena at the time). He wanted to play the Oxford dive, while I wanted to play the more uptown Ebbets. I enjoyed his company a lot. Great sardonic sense of humor. At the time I never thought he'd have the staying power he's shown. Good on him!

Head First is one of my fave albums! Love the Bad English stuff too w/ Neal Schon!
John has a really recognizable voice in rock.
