I don't know the particulars about Brandt no longer being at The Perfect Bass. When I called to initially place my order, I asked for him and was told that he was "no longer with the company." That's all I know.

I just called The Perfect Bass today (Tues. March 9th.) Sean called EBMM and was told that it was "almost done" and it will be shipped to them within a week which means I may have it hopefully in less than two weeks (I'm hoping I'll have it in 10 days max.) The Perfect Bass always does a quality control check before they ship it out and they also agreed to photograph it for me. I'm having it shipped to me from TPB by 2nd day air.

I was torn between White Pearl/black pickguard/non matching and Candy Red/white pearloid/matching headstock. The Big Al 5's body shape SCREAMS for a vibrant color.

I can't wait to show/tell Mrs.sitonmybass about Young Wazoo's post. If you recall, she has a master's degree in Special Education and she specializes in teaching children with autism, which of course, is a totally different scenario. I was very excited to see him on the thread; it made the thread so much more worthwhile. I had initially hesitated about creating the thread, now I'm REALLY glad that I did!
