For Sale: Pre EB Stingray
SOLD - bass is not a museum piece, but everything functions perfectly: truss rod works with no issues, frets appear to be in very good condition, EQ works great, plays fantastic. I am not 100% on the year - I think 1981. Clear finish has chipped away in a couple of spots, but it just more mojo...

fretless SR5
Looking to sell or trade my 1993 stingray 5 fretless in trans red (almost burgundy). Asking $1100. Love this bass, don't need to sell it but I really am starting to think fretless just isnt for me and my music.
It is a stunning bass. Alder body. Finished neck with some birdseye and nice figuring, metal battery cover also. The action is perfect if almost too low for some people. Don't need to tell you how good it sounds.   Desired models are Sterling 5 or Stingray 5 fretted. Really want something with an ebony fretboard. Not into solid colors unless they are sparkle, otherwise prefer olive gold, trans red, burst, natural etc. Maple fretboards are cool too. Also my paypal is jacked up from a fraud incident so I prefer face to face trades/buys in the SF bay area.

FS/FT: EBMM Bongo 5HH Stealth w/ OHSC (for your Stingray 5HH) - Price Drop
I've got an Ernie Ball Musicman Bongo 5HH in stealth black color. I love Musicman basses and this Bongo plays great (not to mention it looks awesome in the stealth black) but I find myself to be more of a "Stingray guy". It's in excellent condition, comes with Musicman hardshell case and I just put a fresh set of EB Regular Slinky strings on it. I'm the original owner and it's only seen about 3 gigs.
As far as trades, I'm only looking for EBMM Stingray 5HH in excellent condition; no issues of course. (w/ Musicman hardshell case as well). I'm gonna get a little picky with my requirements for Stingray 5HH however: •Rosewood fretboard •Colors: Not Black or White, however, I will consider a Stingray 5HH Stealth. Some of my other favorite colors are: Pacific Blueburst, Silver, Black Cherry Burst, Pearl Blue, Trans Red......just to name a few. However, let me know what you have. I'm definitely open to others. (only looking for trades within the CONUS) As far as direct sale, I would let her go for $1,100shipped to the CONUS ONLY. No international sales. Sad times, but.. 2005 LTD edition model ( in UK)
I really could do with the cash as I'm in a bit of bad patch... and this lovely lovely (pretty much my dream bass....
 ) is sitting under my bed in it's case....2005 EB Stingray. Hardcase Un gigged. One small rip in tolex. Few dings on the bottom of the bass, damn cymbal stands. (photo shown) Looking for £700. Please PM me with offers?

Stingray 5 Pickguards and knobs
1/ I have a spare White Pearloid pickguard for a Stingray 5-H available. It's used, but in excellent condition. No marks, scratches or issues. I'll post a photo of this pickguard shortly.
2/ I also have a brand NEW unused Black Pearloid pickguard with protective coating still on it. It too is for a newer Stingray 5-H.  These are all original Music Man products, not 3rd party copies. The pickguards will fit any recently made Stingray5-H. They have the cut outs for the newer style pickup mounts so if you're interested check to make sure your pickup looks like the SR5 in the current Music Man product website photos. I paid a deposit on this bass and it was ordered on January 20.
