Unbelievable!

When will that HS Bongo 6 be out? Man, I want one! I just hope the S pickup will be placed a little farther from the end of the board for easy popping access. And a passive switch will be good, too!

Tuesday Torture - Bongo6 Ready to Hit the Road

Here they are, the very first painted and fully assembled Bongo6's!

... and in silver

I have to say, I'm very pleased how well everything went together.

Enjoy.

*drops jaw*

Sweet Jesus... I want one now!!!

I am assuming that these prototypes may be sent to John Myung?

Oh man, I can't wait, but I'm seriously regretting changing from a 6 string to a 5 string... oh man...

GAS.

Oh yeah Baby!

SOLD! To the grey-haired old geezer over the Atlantic!

Very nice, that silver one looks very cool - would accessorize my silver-grey locks beautifully

Great job everyone they look fantastic - so, when can I have one, hmm, hmm??

My money is on Christmas. Can we look forward to the window opening up before then BP? I know they may not be ready by then (then again, if the window opens in August-September), but these would be sweet Christmas gifts to one's self even if they don't come for a few months.

My other question about prototypes and Myung stands though. This would be good to know before they begin the US leg of their tour.

I can't believe people think the Bongo looks so weird. Looking at that picture with the added string it looks curvy like some kind of futuristic archtop guitar.

Those look sweet. I can't imagine where that silver one might end up....

It might not be for a year, or two, but I will own a six string Bongo.

Good work!

You just might see the black one on tour with a certain progressive rock band this summer. For some reason I can't seem to find it in the factory any more...

Here's hoping that they don't hit the pavement too soon--I'm still trying to think of a way to fund purchase of a 30th Anniv. SR that's available locally. If the 6 is out before I snag it, I will have more anxiety than I can handle.
