Official Ball Family Reserve Picture Thread

Here is the official picture thread where we will post every BFR that leaves the factory. We will include the instrument destination, dealer contact information, serial number, and DOB.

This batch of basses is a special BFR run done for Musician's Friend & PRG. The model is the Stingray 5 20th Anniversary HH. They feature a figured koa top, ash body, mahogany tone block & neck, and rosewood fretboard. There are two Natural, and two Tobacco Burst.

Here's a one piece, maple, quilted body we made for the forum bash. Check out the flames!















Location - Either Poppa's office or on it's way to SLO.

It sounds "fuller" than I thought a maple body would be.

Here's a 20th SR5 that features an ash body, mahogany tone block and makore (not sure how to spell the name) top. The neck is solid mahogany.







Location - Either Poppa's office or headed to SLO.

These BFR's have an ash body, mahogany tone block, redwood top, mahogany neck, and rosewood fingerboard. The redwood comes from old growth stumps that are over 1000 years old.

Approximately 110 of the bad boys will will be made available to the public. Enjoy!
