The title says it all. It's the single pickup model with the 3-position toggle and 4 holes for the pots. Preferably OEM EBMM or higher quality brand such as Jeannie. I bought a WD that was smaller, pickup rout was too big (showed finish), and the toggle slot wasn't right to where it wouldn' switch into parallel mode. Returned it for a refund.
