So what is the difference between the rosewood and the maple fretboard soundwise? Is it really noticeable or just a nuance?

Honestly I can't tell you, especially since the burst one has flats on it. I wanted rosewood for variety's sake. If common knowledge means anything then in theory the maple one is a touch brighter, but since I will never have both of these strung with the same set of strings, I'll never really know.
