2821 vs 2836 Strings

Would there be a big difference in tension between these 2 stringsets?
The 2821 has a 0.135 B string, the 2836 a 0.130 Low B

I have not used these PARTICULAR strings, but I did notice a big difference between a .135 B string and .130 B string set on my Bongo. My band tunes flat so the string tension was a tad floppy with a .130, much tighter with the .135.
