Wow, they look great! I'm guessing for the first one you sanded the finish off the body and sprayed some kind of finish on it and obviously dropped a Sustainer in the neck, but did it start as a Luke I or II? It looks really cool and unique.

At start it was a Pearl Red Luke I. The Gotoh Floyd was really bad. I wanted to buy another Music Man Floyd Rose, but the distributor said it wasn't possible to order parts. So I decicded to put in a Schaller piece.

A friend of mine has built in the Fernandes Sustainer.

It looks incredible, man. I love the LE too. Probably the best guitar for that colour.

ASS Cherry Burst

Ive had this for a little while. Great Guitar! Can't be happier.

Not bad for my first Electric. Loving the playability.

Now I need lessons on the 6 strings.

Very cool! I think Cherry Burst looks great with a flame top.

Well it's been a long time since I last posted some pics of my guitar family and since then all but one have changed so here's the latest incarnation of mcvinyl's kids.

From left to right
Pinkburst AL - Courtesy of Australia's own ALcaholic - Rob
Translucent Blue Axis Sport - My first EBMM and still my favourite
Black Cherry Burst Axis Super Sport - The latest addition to the family thanks to Fingbeagles.
Peavey Wolfgang Hardtail - For Sale to fund a new EBMM
Gibson ES335 - I love this guitar, if only EBMM would make a semi hollow
Fender VI Bass - This is a very special guitar to me, my father in law bought it and gigged it when he was a young guy back in the 60's. When he passed away a few years ago it was left to the family and currently it lives with me. I think Colin actually used this on some recordings that he did last year.

Here's some more close up shots.
