Hello Tim

It's a Marshall 5213 (from 1986 : 20 years old) 100 Watts

I bought it new and I play with it every day (at home but also gigs). I've never have any problem with it. So I can say it is reliable...
It is a solid state amp with MOSFET transistor. Purists will complain but I have also a Marshall DSL401 and my old 5123 can compete ... The clean sound is very nice and with a good stompbox, you can have an overdriven sound similar to the Dirty channel of the DSL401.
The 2 Celestion G12 have now a very nice sound (when the amp was new, the clean sound was a bit too harsh, but after 10 years the sound has softened).

The last good thing : it is not SO heavy (just 29,7 kg ... I can still carry it).

Best regards

Hello all. I finally bought my dream guitar - the delicious Axis Super Sport (with compensated nut!):

I truly cannot believe how good it is. I hope I never wake up from this dream.

The guitar has just really opened things up for me: I no longer have to worry about being chronically out of tune, using the tremolo or playing chords in the upper frets. The sounds on the 5-way are all inspiring - I can nail my favourite Van Halen, Paul Gilbert and Hendrix tones easily. To top it off, the neck makes playing incredibly effortless.

It's a joy to have such a 1st class instrument. THANK YOU ERNIE BALL MUSIC MAN!
