I have serial number 88019 in my collection - wouldn't that be later in production? I know the serial numbers were not sequential, but almost 1000 more guitars were assembled between mine and that one, no?

In our database, serial # 87191 was done on 2/17/95. I also looked up the serial number Brett has and it was done on 9/15/95.

But, it looks like the 87191 EVH was not sold or shipped until April of '96 I don't know if there is any more history to this particular one. Possibly this could be the last one shipped?

I'm only 2 miles away and would be more than willing to take a better photo of it. The problem is that the guitar is 20 or 30 feet up on a wall behind the sales counter.

"Hi, can you take the $30k guitar down so I can take a pic of it?"

Try saying, "I'm on a mission from Sterling Ball."

Just kidding, don't say that.
