I love the shirts and straps. If other companies can reissue their guitars for lack of being able to innovate, I say MM can reissue those shirts

My Silo special was made in 1997, when Sterling had been at the helm for a long time already. It is a design created by Sterling and crew. It has the "double Ms" logo on the neckplate...

That design is not exclusive to pre-ball guitars.

I think all my guitars bar one have the old style stripey trousers neck plate.

Blind Lemon,

The old logo may be an idea for the next UK Knucklehead Bash t-shirt.

We could have a 1970's theme with big moustaches and stuff, stripey trousers, flares the lot.

Am I getting a bit too exited about this?

Those of us who lived through the 70s the first time would be too embarrassed to revisit the fashions!!

Hey guys! Might want to check this out. If anyone's interested with the Stingray guitar, there's one here in Singapore selling it cheap. A good collectors item.

Here's the link: WTS/WTT MusicMan stingray I 1976 leo fender era - SOFT = Music In Singapore
