A Woman's Sacrifice for her Husband...
Hey there Ernie Ball Forum!! I am Mrs.Brokenvail and need some advice from the experts. I am going to buy my husband an Ernie Ball Music Man as a gift. We have been married going on three years. We don't have any children, but I am looking to bring home a "New Baby" for him to play with.
 I have been doing some homework and have been eyeing the Silhouette Special HSS with Piezo. What I am looking for is pictures...LOTS and LOTS OF PICTURES so I can get a feel for what kind of color/picguard combination I want to order. I am trying to stray away from black as I want to expand my color pallet. I love my Brokenvail and really want to see him happy ... Thanks in advance for your help...

welcome amongst us knuckleheads  Well, err... Here are some photos of them fine Silo SPecials, but I'm afraid the finishes and some of the pickguard colors might not be around anymore these days...      Here's a link to the product site http://www.music-man.com/instruments...te_special.php, but somehow I didn't find the instrument builder where you can checkout the finished and pickguards together. Can someone chime in here ?!? Nevertheless - youll find HIM a matching Silo, that's for sure. ...he's so lucky to have YOU ! Cheers Axel

That is a huge request from where i sit. I have 3476 Silhouette pictures! Could you possibly rule out certain colours or tell me some preferences??? something conservative? something flashy?

Just go to the music man website shows all colors available, may I recommend true gold with a vintage white pearloid PG or candy red with black pearliod both matching with the peizo and trem

Big Poppa... I am honored by your compliment!! Thanks for the warm welcome. Any woman who can buy a Ball for the man she loves is a woman worth keeping around!! TNT...Twins are always a welcome addition...who knows, I might be incline to get the hubby a Ball and an ASS... Hey Pete!! I have a feeling you and I will be socializing quite a bit as you are the person that my husband has inconspicuously implied I must talk "Ball Business" with... Mr. Fogman, To answer your question, the hubby is the conservative one, so to balance things, I would love to get him something flashy!!! I wear alot of black (of which he is trying to get me to step out of), I would like to dabble in some rich, bold colors...I wouldn't mind getting my hubby a Ball that he looks at rather LUSTFULLY I am getting excited just thinking about it...Thanks ALL!!!
