went to visit pete and check out his band yellow 9 over the weekend, make a long story short he went out of his way to hang with me even though he had an incredibly busy weekend. He even opened the store on Sunday his day off to let me play with about 10 bfrs and LE's. Totally class act, so to thk him just a bit I left with a Eb wah, strap locks a few goodies from pete and possibly a new guitar which I'll Ofcourse keep u all posted

I remember telling pete when I ordered my 07 LE if he takes care of me with that sale he'd have a customer for life. He def did then, and continues to do so now. +1!!!

I may have to trek out to that store at some point. To get my fix, I drive over to GC to play the one EBMM they have which is a used Axis. It sounds like Pete runs a great store. I miss shops like that.

Thanks everyone, and thank you Danny for coming out for the weekend! It was a blast hanging with you again; I only wish that I had more time so I could have shown you some of the sights around here.

Here's a Yellow 9 original debut "PULL" from Friday night that Nick recorded for us. This place is very boomy and tough to hear yourself while playing, but the recording came out pretty well.

Weekend Schedule AKA 101 reasons to blow your brains out

-Wed work till 6, practice 7:30-10:30 (yellow 9)

-Thurs work till 1, practice 5-8 (bedlam)

-Fri work till 1, haircut at 2:30, early dinner with Danny and the lovely Tammy at 4, wedding rehearsal at 5, rehearsal dinner at 6, load in for gig at 7:30, play until 2am.

-Sat top off fluids in the 340 Dart by 10am, make sure it starts, then struggle into new tux to arrive at wedding for 11:30. 12:30 wedding, 1:30 photos, 2:45 give best man's toast, 3:00 gulp down pig roast and hot peppers without destroying tux, 4:00 mingle 7:00 return home, 8:30 bonfire party, midnight head home.

-Sun 9:00 hunting safety class with a 20g, where I learned to keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction so as not to blow my brains out 12:30 open up store on Sunday so Danny can try out whatever he wants and pick up an EB wah because of how awesome it sounded at the gig on Friday, 2:30 say goodby to Danny and Tammy, 5:00 out for my anniversary dinner. 8:00 say "Sorry dear, I'm going to bed"

This sucks, I was in contact with Redburst all weekend and he kept talking about all the fun and how Pete's shop rocks, how good the band was, how cool the straps locks were, how killer the wah sounded and how Sunday was going to be better than a theme park. I should have asked him to get me a wah and strap locks than done a two year payment plan!!!! Why didn't I think of it then. Hey Redburst when you get that call about the BFR have him send me a wah and chrome (or are they nickel strap locks)
