question to axis owners

What's up dudes, I'm new to this forum and its my first and only. Question, I just recieved a brand new musicman axis tobacco burst with a floyd and its f#*%n great. But when I got it I noticed the floyd trem was not evenly placed onto the guitar it was set at an angle instead of resting @ 180 degrees??? Is this way these guitars are made or did somebody bum on it on the process of the making?

The trem should be resting flat on the surface of the guitar. If it isn't then it has been altered since leaving the factory. It should be easy to adjust back to original position though.

Can you post close-up pictures of the bridge, both from the top and from the back with the plate removed so we can see the spring arrangement?
