Well thats just too difficult to tell at all how the guitar sounds. I like the rhythm players tone though!

It's from his site. Here's the direct link.

I understand the sensitivity and wouldn't want to cause any issues for you or JM.

johnmayer.com I'm not sure if this is the official site or not, but it looks as though the Youtube post is from what's called JMteam.

trussrod adjustment:
less relief / flatter = lower action
more relief / bow = higher action
do NOT use cheap tools to adjust with. they might break and scrape up your guitar...

The guitar sounds good, but that turn table nonsense really pisses me off. Someone throw a pair of shoes at the guy!
John Mayer playing the 25th is certainly great exposure for EBMM. Congrats!

Nice video, good ol' funk to it.

The turn tables did seem slightly out of place. I'm pretty open minded about music, so the turn tables didn't bother me too too much, but some more brass, some pronounced bass and MORE of that rhythm guitar.

Some great tunes, glad to see Mayer using that sexay Axis.

I'm always amazed by how John Mayer can pick up ANY guitar, and still sound like his signature tone... Wow... I've never heard a humbucker guitar sound so clean and transparent! Hope he uses the 25th for the new album... Looking forward to it!

Lionel no Honk?

The turntable is not my thing but you are getting the pleasure of hearng a soundcheck on a cruise ship.....the wonders of modern times. I know form talking to both Dargie and Brian that were on the ship that the song was killer...I also know because they called me on the cell and I listened because he was playing the 25th

Always cut some slack to a live handheld recording especially a soundcheck

Heh... Not this time. Again, a hand held's mic might not be doing it justice. Truth be told, I don't mind the honk. In fact, I quite like it. It's a "PAF" characteristic, though these aren't supposed to be PAFs right?
