Thanks Darren - it was rushed - I'll check out what happens in the middle of the pedals travel and report back - I'll do another video clip explaining it

It's *almost* what i would want it to do, but not quite, which at least gives me some validation that i haven't re-invented the wheel.
Yes Darren you are right - the EB stereo pedal works in a different way.

With the stereo pedal in Pan mode the piezo volume for example will decrease as the pedal is pressed towards mid way and then the Mags come in.
The piezo will be at 100% at the beginning of the sweep will then fade off bringing the mags into life and then the mags will be at 100% fully depressed.
So I guess it will do what you want but in a different way?
I think I'm beginning to get it but don't ask me to sit an "exam" !! - but to specifically answer your question

yes you are correct

Yeah, that actually doesn't do what i want.

With my pedal, if you start in the heel position, you have 100% piezo.

Pushing the pedal forward, the piezo stays at 100% and the magnetics swell from zero to 100% in the first half of the pedal's travel.

In the middle position, both signals are at 100%.

Keep pushing it forward and the magnetics stay at 100% and the piezos fade from 100% to zero in the second half of the pedal's travel.

Got it!

Well nice pedal you have there and hats off to you on sorting it out.

I hope I have put your mind at rest.

And here's me with my [yet to be] home made 'Mag/Pie' box... Based on the EBMM Splitter that you can't get in the UK, painted black and white - like a MagPie!

Hmmm.

I hope it's as good as the home made box posted on here a few months ago - the graphics were awesome - showed some cartoon chick with a tattoo going up her back.

Edit
Right here

I did see that and it is awesome! Don't know if I'll be that flamboyant yet... Gotta get round to building it yet!

IMHO, anything that can get rid of a knob on the guitar and do the same thing is a great idea. NOW, if they only made a Hardtail Axis with piezo, coupled with this pedal, Tim O and myself would order them tomorrow.

Although, I'd still like to see the hardtail axis revived, even without a piezo.

I think there is a market for your pedal, albeit a small one, if you decide to produce more.
