Hi there!

I'm new here and I just bought my first ball a few weeks ago.

It's a Luke 1 and I was wondering what it's DOB is.

The serialnumber is: 98816

Thanks, Roy

Sure, this Axis is a Pacific Blueburst and it was completed on 10/04/07. Originally shipped to Guitar Works in Racine, Wisconsin.

Hey man, could you tell me when my Mystic Dream JP6 was shipped to my local Musicstop/L&M? It apparently arrived last Wednesday, and I bought it on Saturday as a new guitar.

King, according to our records, it was shipped directly to The Music Stop on 8/24/07. Now that TMS is owned by Long & McQuade, it could have gone elsewhere in the chain for a while but there is no way for us to know that.

That stated, it is not altogether unusual for a guitar to have a birthday, or even 2, before being sold to an end customer. The important part is that the factory warranty begins when you walk out of the store with your new guitar. If you have any specific concerns or questions, feel free to contact me at dan@ernieball.com.
