On the certificate is the date 8/28/09. Why the difference?

And about the photos....I was kinda bussy last days so i didn't manage to take some time to take photos. But i promise I'll do it soon .

I'd also like to ask why wasn't this guitar photographed for BFR Thread (I wrote a PM to Dargin and he told me that he never got a photo of it).

Thanx

Well .... August 28th was a Friday, and that is a day that most of the factory is shut down, so that even though the guitar was completed on that day, it wasn't cased and packaged until the following Monday .. the 31st.

sometimes we miss a photo or two on the BFR thread ... we try not to but it happens. The main thing is, you have it now, no?

zymotic, welcome to the Forum. This opaque black Axis was completed on 1/14/99 and was shipped to Germany. Some of these went out with a cream-colored pickguard, but our information doesn't tell us that. I don't think this one did though.

Many thanks for the details! I bought it 2 months ago, yes, it had a cream pickguard, but I've recently have it changed for a transparent one (similar to Steve Morse y2d)...nice try :-)
