Pops said "all guitars" not "all EBMM guitars"

If we go by that, I'd think it's a revolutionary product that will change the way we think of our instruments.

Silhouette pickguard/pickup module

as for the gibson selftuning guitar.. tronical made those systems and you could get one for fender as well.. before gibson bought them and made the FIRST self tuning guitar
from eb i expect true inventions... high expectations? perhaps, but what i have seen sure raises the bar

less relief / flatter = lower action
more relief / bow = higher action
do NOT use cheap tools to adjust with. they might break and scrape up your guitar...

Ohh, very interesting thought, Spud. They are calling this announcement a "GAME CHANGER". As in, it's going to change the way we play guitar hero? The adapter could plug right into the guitar jack. That would be very interesting.

Drew really impressed me at the last forum bash. He explained to me about the development of the EB wah and it was impressive.

Now that sounds like a great Idea.
We were all here at the conception of the idea, so we all get a cut of the patent....LOL..

Seriously, great idea. That would make me break down and buy a game console.
I'm an old school gamer (mario brothers / pac man / space invaders and donkey kong).
If the game requires more than a joystick and 2 buttons, I hate it.

And I've especially hated Guitar Hero (for any reason you feel like guessing).

But if you could hook up a real guitar to the guitar hero console and play along on your television.....MAN OH MAN!!, What a Fantastic Tool (and toy) that would be!!!!!.

That was my thought as well, some kind of audio/digital interface?

Mind you, it'd be great to see that they cracked the sustainable body material problem.

Yeah, but as far as I'm aware, they're not audio interfaces that can interact directly with a video game.

I don't need a TV to tell me what notes I missed... I can hear that myself!

Game changer... my guess is a Dargie Delight clothing line to compete with Roccawear.

Wait, so you could swap pickguards without soldering anything? What about connecting it to the quarter inch jack? I didn't know about this before...

I believe they had molex connector/plugs.. While i've not toyed with them personally I have seen them on ebay before. Fully loaded pickgaurds and you just swap the clips over yes.
