More guessing:
a guitar symetric dimensions and belly carves so that simply changing out the pickguard with a corresponding assembly makes it a right or left handed guitar from the same tooling.

Hmmm, it's a dream of BP's? I'm guessing he's moving to Canada to make guitars and invest in a few Tim Hortons franchises.

I'll say, maybe, finally coming up with a way of making guitars with some type of material other than wood. Some kind of man made material.

Im going with the Lumber on this one!!!.....Some kind of renewable medium....BP has always been searching ...lots of R&D dollars spent there.....
