I forgot what a maple neck felt/sounded like until today. I've been playing rosewood or ebony for the last 15 years. I decided on maple for that reason and I couldn't be happier. The extra bit of brightness it adds just helps harmonics jump off the fretboard.

whats happening is that some of the big names arent buying the wood right now and we are so we are getting the best of the best
