Having said that, EBMM polos or short-sleeve button-up shirts would be most welcome!

How about a cool EBMM tie for the formal occasions?!

How cool! I'm an economist, too (tenured as well). But I teach just outside of Green Bay. Big time temperature difference.

BP, I'm at a small college in Orange County. I suspect that might be a bit far unless you are in the area on other business, but if you are interested, let me know. I'm not sure what type of speaking you have done at Cal Poly, but I'm in the Economics dept and I imagine students would love to hear a real-world perspective from a successful business owner on the topics of costs, profit maximization, and marketing strategy that they learn about at a more theoretical level in my microeconomics classes. I can also see relevance for students in other departments such as Business, Art, and Music.

I wouldn't dream of PMing you, but if you want to pursue this, please let me know and I'll supply you with my college email address.
