Its just an all elastic TINY scrunchie....no metal grommet on it...my wife gets them at walmart for me ...black,pink,white ,red ,green, purple ...all kinds of colors...but get the tiny ones because they stretch and wont fit snug...i find they work great using the piezo...just stops the ring
