Dargie 2 BFR video clip

I already had this baby for a month and needed a card reader for my new Mac Pro so i finally got one.
So here's just a short vid clip showing off the new pickups.the video doesn't do the tone any justice and words can"t describe how amazing it sounds!

I definitely like the CrunchLab over the D-Sonic but somehow I miss the mid frequencies from the old Custom Wound Dimarzio neck pickup

i know what you mean.those pickups had more of a Organic sound to them.
they had there place for sure.
these new PU's will just rip your head off and i'm loving that right now!

I am willing to assume that he (John) didn't quite appreciate those 'right in the face' midz coming out of the neck pickup (keep in mind mesa boogie's signature specifically in the mid-range hence his scopped mids on the amp most of the time) especially in the solos where he had a lot of alternative picking on one string. It was kinda smearing and sounding too scratchy which probably he liked back in the days when he used the Air norton.... or just another massive marketing bomb

Love it Rich!! The tone is sick. Even the left handed BFRs sound good!

I'll get a clip up soon too. Maybe I'll reverse the image so it doesn't hurt anyones eyes.

Haha, no righty guitars look very normal. Even when I see clips of myself playing, I'm like "WTF?! That's weird"

ha same here, Parker guitars just look very very wrong left handed as more and more companies try and compete with EBMMs great idea of actually offering us freaks some variety...now Scott I want you to play everything Rich just played starting backwards lets show these guys lefties rule
