Spud,

I believe that particular Albert Lee guitar "does Rock too".

Ok no more "in" jokes.

If you are considering parting with your EVH I believe I should have first refusal.

Its develishly red in colour and if I don't get it I will strike you all down dead.

After all I am The Devil. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! (Evil laugh)

It's difficult to pin point the reason for the characteristics of this guitar.
It is a very light AL and whether it's characteristics are down to the wood or the strings through body - who knows?

When I had a hardtail built for me in the 80's out of mahogany, I had a through the body string set up with the strings passing through a small block of ebony.
- so I've always been an advocate of that set up.

So you've got 3 Al's now and I don't have any...

I think there is something wrong with the world. So send me one quick sharpish and we'll say no more about it!!

Nice one spud - you deserve it. Great job in Birmingham - sorry I didn't get the chance to drive down and meet you.

See you at LIMS 2010 instead?
