My friends Luke

recently a friend of mine came to see me with his Luke, he was having some problems with the selector switch, it was an easy fix..

so after I'd fixed the guitar I took some pics... this is all natural... the guy is a pro who gigs hard.. I should say the guitar sounds amazing and plays beautifully...

Wow. I am sure he's heard of 'occasional cleaning and maintaining an instrument' right?

Great photos = now that's a workhorse!

Isn't he worried about scratching it?

he is a great guitarist who works everywhere... he puts his Luke in a gigbag and goes to work, he changes his strings when needed and thats about it... he views equipment as tools of his trade... he would not use ANYTHING if it didn't do what he needed..

if ever you needed to check the quality and durability of EBMM... this guy would be the ultimate test...

That's awesome. They're meant to be gigged, not packed away in a case.

Seeing guitars like that, Morse's #1, etc put a big smile on my face.

Much nicer than the purposely aged crap everyone is going nuts over lately.

That guitar's got MOJO!

Even if you play the heck out of your guitar, you can still avoid some unnecessary damage. Looks like he threw the Luke into a furnace...or he had a duel with the Devil in Hell? haha

That's hanging.
Can't see mine ending up like that.
That's what these guitars are built for to be played and gigged hard (Two of mine are under my bed)

Now that is a properly relic’d guitar. Not that fake made up crap that some companies are putting out for a hefty sum.

Wow.
I wonder what kind of sweat / body oils he must have.

EBMM Poly finish is really strong... so seeing that makes me wonder how in the world he did that. I recall trying to strip poly off a 90's Silhouette neck and it took forever.

Maybe he is part Alien! LOL
