SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA (February 10, 2006) – Guitar legend Albert Lee, the Grammy award-winning artist, five-time winner of Guitar Player magazine’s prestigious “Best Country Guitarist” award and “Gallery of the Greats” inductee, will conduct a free guitar seminar at Guitar Gallery, 2621 Highway 31 South in Pelham, AL. The seminar will take
place on Friday, February 17 at 6:30pm.
Lee will demonstrate rock, country, and blues styles of playing. Seminar highlights will include candid explanations to audience questions, ranging from the business aspects of a musician’s career to the technical aspects of speed development, practice routines, motivation and equipment use.
Lee’s dazzling picking style keeps him in constant demand. Recording and touring credits include Jackson Browne, the Everly Brothers, Joe Crocker, Emmylou Harris, Dolly Parton, Linda Ronstadt, Eric Clapton, Rosanne Cash, Rodney Crowell, Dave Edmunds, Ricky Skaggs, Carlene Carter, Patty Loveless, Steve Wariner, and Vince Gill.
