Sales Support Specialist


Full Time


Assist with reporting, and data entry, maintain and update ERP/CRM database to ensure accurate online and account contact information
Manage customer order flow and suggest long-term solutions for maintenance of their account
Assist sales team with daily tasks including but not limited to; identify delayed items, confirm product supply/availability, correct price discrepancies, process return requests, provide shipping information, ensure EDI orders transmit properly.
Ensure the highest levels of customer service, satisfaction, and integrity are being delivered on a continual basis
Make intelligent improvements to business processes where needed to make sales more efficient and productive
Problem solve, analyze data and present findings in a way that generates revenue potential
Develop and maintain healthy sales relationships by providing information, direction, and answering questions about company products, purchasing schedules, discounting, and buying patterns.
Respond to customer-service issues, including product and shipping errors, returns and discount concerns, by phone and email; appraise customers of policy changes, important dates, new products, company receivable policy and due dates.
Effectively communicate at all levels from sales representatives, to managers and company executives, to shipping staff and customers. Establish and build working relationships.


Between 2-3 years of related sales experience
Prior experience in B2B, Amazon management, ERP, and CRM systems
Thorough understanding of sales cycles and customer demand
Knowledge of European geography, customs and culture a plus.
Experience with B2B and consumer sales, functions, and buying processes
Proficient in Excel, Google Docs and project management tools such as SmartSheet.
Experience in effective analysis of sales within specific countries and/or territories.
Must possess strong written and verbal skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good problem solving and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet corporate deadlines
Skills in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data.
Strong organizational skills to prioritize workload and coordinate own activities with others
Positive, inviting an attitude
Demonstrate tact, resourcefulness, patience, and dedication
Demonstrated ability to communicate knowledge of assigned tasks, provide effective execution of tasks and objectives. Strong communication skills between EB sales team and customers
