Adminstrative Assistant

Schedule:

PART TIME Monday - Friday 10am-4pm

Duties:

The Administrative Assistant works within the Billing Department to assist with day-to-day office duties and administrative support. They work with multiple departments within the Music Man facility to coordinate proper work flow and product shipments.

Enter customer orders and information into computer system
Screen sales invoices for accuracy
Maintain customer files
Process customer payments
Prepare and print various computer reports
Operate standard office equipment (copier, fax, scanner)
Answer phones and assume receptionist duties as needed

Requirements:

Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Possess outstanding people skills
Word processing and spreadsheet knowledge
Good oral communication, organization, and planning skills
Ability to muti-task
Work well under pressure and under tight deadlines
High degree of focus on customer service
2 years experience in a similar role preferred
Guitar knowledge a plus but not required
