Metallica Set to Release Feature Film, S&M²

Pause your Netflix and get to theaters October 9 because Metallica is dropping a feature film.

In collaboration with the San Francisco Symphony, Trafalgar Releasing presents S&M² — a film celebrating the 20th anniversary of Metallica's groundbreaking S&M concerts and accompanying album. The film documents their legendary performances with conductor Michael Tilson Thomas of the SF Symphony.

Including several tracks from the original '99 S&M as well as symphonic versions of new songs released thereafter, the theatrical event gives fans the opportunity to experience the show as a modern-day big screen concert.
