Ernie Ball: PLAY Warped Tour Winners: Round 1
And now for what you've been waiting for... the first round of our PLAY Warped Tour winners!
After over 11,000 entries and months of voting, we are thrilled to present the first 15 winners (stay tuned to this blog for more winners announced next week). These bands will play the Vans Warped Tour mainstage in their respective cities and will be in the running to win our grand prize - $40,000+ in cash and prizes + a 3-song EP produced by Chad Gilbert of New Found Glory.
“Ernie Ball’s Battle of the Bands was a game-changer for me. That contest is the reason I was able to make the move from Nebraska to L.A. and start this 15 year odyssey of a career." - James Valentine of Maroon 5
Listen to a Spotify playlist and learn a bit more about each one below. Previous participants in the contest, like PVRIS and James Valentine, have gone on to have massive success. Pay attention to these bands now because they may be headlining someday!
